We advise that our last day for investor withdrawals in 2019 will be
Monday 16th December 2019.
We will need to receive completed and signed Notices of withdrawal on or before
Friday 13th December.
The next processing day for withdrawals will be Tuesday 7th January 2020 (we will need to receive completed and signed Notices of withdrawal by Monday 6th January 2020).
From Thursday 9th January, our normal Monday and Thursday pattern will resume for investor withdrawals, with completed and signed Notices of withdrawal required by close of business the previous day.
The offices of First Mortgage Trust will be closed from 5pm on Friday 20th December 2019 and will reopen on Monday 6th January 2020 at 9.00am.
Quarterly distribution of investor income to 31 December 2019 will be direct credited to your nominated bank accounts on Tuesday 31 December 2019.
The first date for processing investor withdrawals in the New Year will be Tuesday 7th January 2020 - we will need to receive completed and signed Notices of withdrawal on or before Monday 6th January 2020.
Cheques received during the same period will earn interest from the date they are banked in January 2020.
